and I imagined -speculation-We're similar entities, you see.
We flew in the air together.
We were one together, and we were GOD.
We connect on all levels, spiraling around each other
like a strand of DNA.
We only separate to recreate
infinite copies of our Selves.

I had to wonder,
"Were we the first at all?
Or are we endlessly regurgitated
copies of the original one-two?"
Surely, in the beginning there was ONE.
but it split into two.
and copied copies of its children which,
in turn, copied copies.
so here we are, inside of everything.
but is it really inside?
We all come from the same thing,
we all have that original spirit,
does it mean we're diluted

and I imaginedI was dancing,
flying in the air;
it was so easy.

I spiraled down
to the foggy street.
There was a red-lit
restaurant where you
stood around, talking.
I rushed through the door
my feet barely gracing the floor
I swear I pirouetted and
I kissed you

Like the wind I rushed out the door
and flew down the street and you
shouted after me,
"wait,"
I wheeled and grinned at you
and said (while thinking "I'm free")
"I don't wait anymore".

So then you had to run to catch up
and you saw, to little astonishment
that I could fly.
I asked you if you wanted to, too,
and you said "yes."

So I flew down the street again with you,
but

where will we go when we die?I think people
have spirits,
and that when their bodies die
they are released.

people who live with
too much concentration
who center their lives on
just one thing, who feed off of
and thrive on one thing
they burn, yes. they burn
in what they think of as hell.
but really, maybe, it's the sun.
because these people,
they don't want to escape
gravity. so their souls fall into
the center of the sun.
and they are forever tortured
in and because of their mental "sin".

and what of the atheists
and freethinkers?
I'd like to think that
they have souls too.
I'd like to think that
they float free
from obligations
and explo

looks like an old M60 Vietnam era U.S. tank that was used by Marines till after the first gulf war in the 90's. Really cool picture!
